This notice explains how information is handled when you browse this public portfolio or send a project inquiry.
Information you submit
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, project area and message; a project link is optional. The form also uses a hidden anti-spam field and timing check. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, government identity numbers or sensitive personal, medical or confidential business information.
How inquiry information is delivered
The form uses a third-party email delivery service, FormSubmit, to route your inquiry to diufoundry@gmail.com. Depending on the delivery path, information is sent to that service through the website server or the service's browser AJAX endpoint. FormSubmit processes the submission under its own terms and privacy practices. The inquiry content is not published on this website; it may be retained in the recipient email inbox and service logs.
Review FormSubmit and its linked privacy information before submitting anything you would not want a third-party email provider to process.
Use and retention
Inquiry details are used to read and respond to the message, follow up on a project request, and protect the form against automated spam. The website code does not publish inquiries as public posts or create visitor accounts. Emails may remain in the recipient inbox until they are deleted under the inbox owner's retention practices. Technical hosting logs may be processed by the hosting provider for operations and security.
External services and links
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, is hosted on Vercel, and links to third-party project repositories and services. Those providers may receive technical information such as an IP address and browser request details when your browser connects to them. Their own privacy policies govern their services.
Questions or data requests
To ask about an inquiry you sent, request correction or deletion of a message where feasible, or report a privacy concern, email the studio. Some copies may remain in service logs or backups outside the website's direct control.
