Void-Trust.
Zero-trust architecture for IoT.
Continuous cryptographic verification of every connected device.
SECURITY · HARDWARE
01 · THE PROBLEM
Why this exists.
Problem statement CMV26403: design a secure, hardware-level zero-trust architecture for large-scale IoT and cyber-physical systems.
02 · THE APPROACH
What we built.
Devices send signed requests to a zero-trust verification layer that checks signatures, blocks replays and updates each device's trust state live on a control dashboard.
03 · WHAT'S INSIDE
Core capabilities.
- 01Per-device HMAC-SHA256 authentication
- 02Replay protection with a 5-minute timestamp window
- 03TLS-encrypted communication
- 04Tamper detection → instant compromise + lockdown
- 05Real-time trust-state dashboard
04 · ENGINEERING NOTES
Tools and disciplines.
This entry is part of an independent, student-led technology studio in India. DIU means Dominance, Intelligence, Unity; this studio is not affiliated with the U.S. Defense Innovation Unit.
Void-Trust is recorded as a live in the Foundry archive. That label describes the current stage documented by the studio; it is not a claim of certification, third-party endorsement or production readiness.
The case-study record summarizes the documented problem, approach, capabilities and technology stack. Public source and live-build links are supplied where available, so visitors can inspect the artifact directly rather than infer maturity from a visual preview alone.
